Sending your Transcript through CFNC




1. Log onto your CFNC Account at www.cfnc.org. If you don't have one, create one by clicking on "Create my CFNC Account" on the homepage.

2. Once your account is created or you have logged on to your account, click on the BLUE "My CFNC" and update your personal information

3. Click on "Your Profile" under the Blue "My CFNC" Tab

4. Click on "The Basics"

5. Click on the "Edit" blue square button to the right

6. Make sure Personal Information and Permanent and Mailing Addresses are correct.

7. Put in your PowerSchool ID Number in the PowerSchool ID number section (you have to do this in order to be able to send your transcripts electronically). Save.

8. Click on the Purple "Apply" Tab at the top of the screen.

9. Click on "Transcript Manager" on the left side of the screen under "Apply to College"

10. Scroll down and select "Go To Transcript Manager"

11. Find each college and university you plan on applying to and select the school. Then scroll down and select "Send my Transcript". Do this for each school you apply to. It will send the transcript now and at the end of the school year.

***If you already have an account and have forgotten your password. You can either click on the "forgot your password link" on the homepage, or you can call 1-866-866-2362 and a CFNC customer service representative will reset your password.
