Mrs. Emelle
Hello! I am Mrs. Emelle and I am SOOOOO excited to be teaching third
grade at Highcroft Drive Elementary. I look forward to meeting all of my
sensational new students and parents. I have had a wonderful break
traveling and spending time with my husband and my wonderful five year old
son Ross. I also got to spend time with my very cute English bulldog
Tre. My favorite pastimes are reading, eating, (I love going to different
restaurants!) going to the park with Ross and spending time with my family.
I have taught first, second and third grades in Maryland. This is
my thirteenth year teaching and my fourth year teaching third grade at
Highcroft Drive. I adore teaching and getting kids excited about learning.
I love to have fun teaching so I hope YOU are ready to have fun learning. We
will be reading LOTS of books this year. Some of my favorite children’s
authors are Bill Cosby, Patricia Polacco, and Cynthia Rylant. I know that
we are going to have a wonderful successful year of learning and growing
together.
