Welcome to Fourth Grade! I am very excited about the upcoming 2009-2010
school year!It's hard to believe we have just wrapped up one school year and
are jumping into a new one! We have many fun and exciting things planned for
this year and I'm ready to get started.
I am excited to start my seventh year as a fourth grade teacher. I am from
Maryland where I taught fourth grade for three years, then moved here to North
Carolina where I am thrilled about starting my fourth year at Highcroft.
I am getting ready to celebrate my second wedding anniversary this July
with my husband Todd. I can't believe how quickly time has flown.
As I previously mentioned I am from Maryland and a huge Washington Redskins
and Maryland Terrapin fan. My husband and I love to spend Sundays watching
football and get super excited for college basketball season.
I am looking forward to getting to know all of you this school year. Let's
have a great year!
My goal for our class this year is to create a safe, and productive learning
environment. I want all students to show good character and respect towards
their peers. If we can accomplish these goals, we will no doubt have a
fantastic year!
