May I bring in a treat for my child's birthday?

Yes, you may send in a treat, however, there are new restrictions
that
advise
us to only have foods that are store bought. You may send it in
with your
child in the morning or you may bring it right before lunch. We
will pass
the treats out at lunch time.

What should I do if my child needs to go home a different way?

You need to send in a note or call the office to inform us of
this change.
If we don't receive notice, we are required to send the child
home
the "regular way."

If my child is out of school, do I have to send in a note?

Yes. Anytime your child is absent, you have two days to send in
an excuse
for the absence. If we don't receive a note, your child's
absence is
considered unexcused.

Does my child have a snack time?

Yes. We pack up from 1:45-2:00 so that we can return from
specials and are ready for dismissal. During that time, students
may bring a healthy snack from home. I do not provide snacks.
Your child does not HAVE to bring a snack. It's up to you.
