About The Teacher
I am originally from Greenville, NC. I attended JH Rose High. Then went on the attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to obtain my undergraduate degree in History. I also attended East Carolina University for my Graduate degree in American history education.

Mission
Civics and US History are both vital courses to understand the workings of our United States government and relations to other countries today. In these classes, students will learn through a variety of activities including lecture, group work, projects, mapping, analysis of documents, and many others. Students should leave these classes with a better understanding of our government, economic system, major court cases, and turning points in our history, as well as skills needed to be successful in other classes.
