The Barvazim have been exploring careers/professions this week. This
idea was generated from Martin Luther King’s I have a Dream speech. We were
zoo keepers and made pictures of animals in the zoo. We learned how to stop,
drop, and roll and made fire truck pictures as we learned about
firefighters. Our TuB’Shevat tree is hanging on our bulletin board and it is
beautiful. Alongside the tree, are our maple syrup paintings; feel free to
smell them, but be careful because they are awfully sticky. Next week our
focus will be all about trees in preparation for TuB’Shevat.
