Student grades for both advanced placement courses
are based on the following (for both nine week periods):
Tests: 50%
Class/Homework: 40%
Project: 10%
Student grades for U.S. History are based on the following for the first
nine weeks:
Tests: 40%
Class/Homework: 35%
Quizzes: 10%
Midterm: 15%
Student grades for U.S. History are based on the following for the second
nine weeks:
Tests: 45%
Class/Homework: 40%
Quizzes: 15%
Late work will be accepted, but ten points will be deducted for each day
late (down to a 70). Test corrections will be allowed for U.S. History
students. Students need to read and study every night.
Notebooks will also be collected in U.S. History near the end of the
nine weeks and will count as a test grade, and the nine week project will
count as two test grades.
