About The Teacher

I am a graduate of Western Carolina University.  I have extensive background 
in many different areas of Food Service.  Cooking is my passion.

Mission For The Class

My main goal is to help my students develop a good work ethic.  I give them 
different responsibilities throughout the semester to help accomplish this.
