What are the consequences if a student turns in a late assignment?

10 point off for every late day for a maximum of 3 days
After this assignments will no longer be accepted

Do you give extra credit?

No extra credit will be offered, however students may choose to 
redo an 
assignment and resubmit for a higher grade (left to the 
discretion of the 
teacher)

Can a student get extra help?

Yes, please prearrange a time with the teacher, make sure you 
have a note 
from the parent stating that you can stay late and what your mode 
of 
transportation will be

Who keeps track of grades?

Although the teacher does keep track of grades to enter in 
gradebooks - The 
Students must also track his/her grades for all assignments.
Students receive a grade tracker in which to record grades.

Where can I get a textbook?

You can access the textbook online or if you do not have access 
to a 
computer please see your teacher.

If I missed school for any reason what should I do?

If you miss school please see the make-up binder for the dates 
you missed 
school and take copies of any missing assignments.  Complete your 
work and 
turn it in - mark your work with "Absent - make-up work"
