Workshop: Helping Children Cope with Anxiety
When: Monday, January 28, 2013 from 7-9 pm
Where: Davis Drive Middle School - Cary, NC
Co-Hosted by: Wake SEIC and Davis Drive Middle School PTA

Description: Anxiety is a normal and healthy emotion that all of us 
experience every day. But sometimes, it becomes more harmful than helpful.  In this workshop, Dr. Aureen Wagner will describe how to tell the difference between normal and problem anxiety and how to recognize early warning signs in children and teenagers.
