Why can't we play games on the Internet?

This is an educational facility.  As such only educational websites with 
educational game formats are allowed.  Math, language arts, social studies 
science, art, drama, spanish, health/pe, family and consumer science are all 
allowed but popular games containing inappropriate things for school are not 
allowed.  So, "Runescape" does not qualify as an educational game.

Why can't I download graphics?

Graphics, music, sounds and the like cannot be downloaded by students because 
of the off chance that some students might download items inappropriate for 
school.  Therefore in my class if a student needs something for a 
presentation or the like I will work with them to provide that item for their 
project but it is a joint effort with supervision by faculty.
