As always, we’ll have great food, including BBQ, ribs, pizza, and scrumptious desserts!
And most importantly a wonderful time for the families! Bring your friends and neighbors to this fun event!

Volunteering
We need a lot of help to make the event successful! Parents, older students, and older siblings can help! Grade-parents will be reaching out to all with info on how to sign-up to help. Please contact your grade-parent or Diane Weyant at dweyant1@gmail.com if you have any questions.

50/50 Raffle
Win up to $500 with a $1 raffle ticket!
Spend $1 for a chance to win a BIG, cash prize by participating in the 50/50 raffle!
Enclosed with this packet are 20 raffle tickets to sell to yourself, family, friends, neighbors – invite them to the festival as well! Each raffle ticket is $1 and offers a chance to win up to $500! The grand prize will be determined by the amount sold, so the more you sell, the greater the prize! We had TWO $500 winners last year!
The winning ticket will be drawn at the festival and the winner does not need to be present.
Please return the completed ticket stubs (don’t send them back with no contact info) and payment to the office in an envelope labeled “Raffle Tickets”. If you need additional tickets to sell, please contact Diane Weyant at dweyant1@gmail.com. Indicate how many you would like and what student to route them through. Additional raffle tickets are also available in the office. We will be selling raffle tickets up to and during the festival. Drawing at 8:00 pm on Oct 21.
