The mission of the Diocese of Charlotte’s Learning Support Program is to recognize and facilitate a
successful learning environment for each student experiencing learning differences in the classroom.
The Learning Support Program of the Diocese of Charlotte is a regional program established in each
of our seventeen schools. The Learning Support Program is a source created for the purpose of
addressing the individual learning needs of our students. Each school has a Learning Support teacher
(s), who is certified and experienced in working with specific learning needs. The Learning Support
Program addresses learning issues by providing support at three levels: Student, Teacher, and
Parent.
