Let me start off by welcoming parents and students. My name is Amanda King
and I have been an elementary educator for 11 years. During this time, I
have had experience teaching different grade levels. Each grade level has
been a rewarding experience. In the course of my career, I earned my
Masters of Education, as well as National Board Certification. While this
will be my first year teaching at Parsley Elementary, I am extremely excited
about the upcoming school year!
Pictured above is my family. Jack, a firefighter for the city of
Wilmington, is my wonderful husband and I am blessed with two fantastic
children, Jaxon and Lola. Jaxon is four years old and Lola is two years
old. I am sure you will endure many tales of Jaxon and Lola's antics.
Hope you have had a nice relaxing summer and I anticipate meeting all of my
new students and parents!!
