Dear Parents,
This week we will be working on the following:
Math: subtraction
Religion: prayer
Language: one/more than one
Spelling: words with -ng
HW: Ee
Phonics: word with -ng
Saint of the Week: St. Mark
HFW: school, every, your, feet, use, arms, head, way
Spelling City: Soccer Song
We will be participating in Star Lab this Friday! If you have not yet
turned in your child’s fee of $5.00 please do so ASAP!
Book order was sent home last week. If you are planning on purchasing
books, please make checks payable to SCHOLASTIC. Orders are due on Friday,
Nov. 20th.
Attached to your child’s homework is the Thanksgiving item we are asking you
to donate. If you are unable to donate your item, please let me know so
that I can find someone to help me fill in the gaps. This year, our
classroom is sponsoring a family with twin middle school aged daughters.
All items are greatly appreciated!
Next week, we will be in school Monday and Tuesday. Thanksgiving break
starts on Wednesday, Nov. 25th. I hope you all have a blessed Thanksgiving
holiday!
