Thanks to all the dads that came and carved pumpkins with the children. What
a great time they all had! How nice of you all to take the time from your
busy schedules to come and play
Special thanks also to all the parents that helped make Fall Fun Day the huge
success that it was! The weather really cooperated! The pizza was
scrumptious and all the other treats were delightful! What a wonderful time
was had by all!
Thursday and Friday, 11/5 and 11/6 are conference days. Please check the
schedule for your name for the time. School will dismiss at 11:30 am for
this.
Next week, 11/9, 11/10, and 11/11 school will be closed for Teacher
Conference in Raleigh and for Veteran's Day. We will return on Thursday,
11/12 for a full day - Friday also.
11/16 the students will attend Sky Lab right here in school. This is a
wonderful program which the children will thoroughly enjoy! It will last
for about one hour. The cost is $4.00. Please put this in an envelope with
your cild's name on it. Thank you.
11/24 is our Thanksgiving Feast. Mrs. DiCenzo will e-mail the details for
this happy event.

bottles. A screw top will work much better and keep snacks and lunches much

Our class is going to donate food items to a needy family for Thanksgiving
Dinner. Mrs. DiCenzo will e-mail you about donations to this wonderful
basket! We also ask for $1.00 donation to help pay for a turkey. We hope
you can contribute in some way. You are always so generous!!!!!!!!

BE HAPPY TO HAVE MORE CLOOX WIPES AND GERM-X AS WE ENTER INTO THIS COLD AND
FLUE SEASON. WE WASH DOWN OUR DESKS AND CHAIRS SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE WEEK
TO KEEP GERMS UNDER CONTROL. WE WOULD BE VERY HAPPY FOR ANY ONE OF THESE
