Dear Parents,
I hope you had a restful weekend. This week is a busy week for 3C. As the year comes to an end, we have many activities added to our normal schedule. Tomorrow afternoon, we will get to see the 5th grade perform The Aristocats. On Wednesday, we will hear St. Patrick's band perform their end of the year concert. Next week, we will have our Field trip to Old Salem on Tuesday and field day on Wednesday. Last week, a letter went home about our field trip to Old Salem in your child's Thursday folder. Please let me know if you did not receive a letter.
This week we will begin Unit 10 in Math on Measurement and Data. In Science we will begin a unit on plants. We are finishing up our unit on pronouns in grammar, and we will finish our religion book this week with a Chp. 26 test on Friday. In writing, we will finish up several assignments we have been working on and present our published work.  Students continue to have excellent behavior. Please encourage them to keep up the great work. I have been very impressed by how hard they continue to work even though Summer is around the corner. We have had such a wonderful year.
