Are you a Grandparent now raising grandchildren???

Call on the Grandparent Support Network Program!

This program supports gradparents and relative guardians who are providing full time care for their grandchildren or other relative youth.

At weekly meetings, grandparents and children can share a warm meal and meaningful conversation. In addtion to the weekly Thursday night meeting, they also work with grandparents and grandchildren on an individual basis throughout the week.
