I am a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but also lived near
Philadelphia for three years. I am a product of all Catholic schools and
graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. I moved to Raleigh in 1988
with my husband, Joe, and my four children: Danielle, Bob, Betsy, and
James. All of our children are grown and Joe and I now have five
grandchildren.
I like reading, gardening, genealogy, traveling.
This is my ninth year teaching fourth grade at St. Raphael's .
Previously, I was a fifth-grade teacher for nine years at Jeffreys Grove
Elementary, a public school in Wake County.
My mission for the class is to strengthen the confidence of each child that
they can achieve their goals through hard work and perseverance. I believe
every child can be successful. My mission is also to share the Gospel of
Jesus Christ and help to strengthen each child's faith.
