students, for auditioning and being chosen to participate in the 2009 NC
Junior High All-State Orchestra.
Also, Congratulations! to Dustin Skinner and Charlie Robuck, 9th Grade Laney
Orchestra students, for audtioning and being chosen to participate in the
2009 NC Junior High All-State Orchestra.
All 4 students will participate with other students from around the state in
rehearsals and a performance on Saturday, May 2, 2009 at Swansboro Middle
School in Swansboro, NC.
Again, Congratulations!!! to these fine musicians.
Congratulation to Ash Stemke (violin), Kayleigh Maneval (oboe),
Justin Spier (bass), Max Martin (cello) and Madelyn Rang (viola) for
auditioning and being chosen to participate in the 2009 North Carolina
All-State Orchestra. These students will travel to Chapel Hill
February 20-22 to participate in the All-State event.

Congratulations to Kayleigh Maneval (oboe) and Justin Spier (bass) for being
chosen to be part of the 2008 NC Honors Orchestra. This is the top student
orchestra in the state.
