Report Cards are in Monday Folders. Please sign the envelope and return. You
keep the report card.
Wednesday is a holiday in recognition of Veteran's Day.
We will be participating in a Christmas Card exchange with a class from each
(fingers crossed) of the 50 states. This means each student will need to
bring in 3 cards with stamped envelopes. I'll explain this to students this
week. If any parent(s) want to donate a box of cards, let me know as soon as
possible.
Naked Turkey family Project in Monday's Blue Folder. It is due Monday, Nov.
16th. Have fun with it.
Beginning Dec 1, we'll start reading as a class, "The Best Christmas Pageant
Ever". The paperback can be found at Target, Wal-Mart and any book store. It
is also available at the local library. I have a few copies, too. It's a fun
book to read together and tie in many of the reading skills covered this
quarter.
Subtraction Facts Test will occur each week. Students making 100 will move on
to the multiplication facts!!!!!
This week students are to complete their cursive paragraph in class to apply
for their cursive license.
BREAKFAST & BOOKS will begin in January. The books we will read are listed
under the link. They might make a nice gift for your child this holiday
season.
