-Read every night for 20 minutes. This can be a book, magazine, newspaper,
etc. This is very important because it builds your child's fluency and
comprehension.
-Make sure your child knows addition and subtraction facts fluently, and then
your child need to go ahead and start studying multiplication facts nightly.
-Spelling packets are due every Friday, and we will also have a test.
-Homework will be assigned daily, and your child will write it in his or her
agenda. Homework is due the next day unless I have your child write the due
date in his or her agenda.
-Parents: you have homework every night, too. Please sign your child's
agenda nightly, and write down what your child reads each night in his or her
agenda.
