End of the Year Program

Our end of the year program will be onMonday, June 4th,at11 a.m. in the school gym.

We will wear our yellow WOES class shirts for the program. If you do not have a yellow WOES class shirt, simply wear any yellow shirt. Your child will need to wear either shorts or long pants.  The shorts/pants do not have to be dress up clothes. Even jean shorts/pants are fine.  NO dresses or skirts for the girls as those get easily hung up in shoes when standing, sitting, etc. and sometimes little girls forget to sit “like a lady.”

Please make sure your child wears sneakers or closed toe shoes with a heel strap. We will be sitting, standing, singing, dancing on and walking up and down on risers. Flip-flops, sandals and dress shoes can be dangerous on risers.

The day of the program please enter through the front doors of the school. There will be a table with volunteers who will help you sign in. You will not need to go to the office. After you have signed in, head down to the gym and find a seat. Our class will be standing on the yellow risers.

After the program you are welcome to take pictures of your child. Your child must stay with me after the program. We will walk back to the classroom as a group. You may check your child out after the program is over but you must see me first to sign them out.

The students will have their box top winner party after the program. The students will be provided with pizza. After eating the pizza in the classroom, we will go and celebrate with the other class winners on the blow up slide. We will enjoy a fun afternoon!

Plan to arrive early enough to park and be seated in the gym. (I would suggest arriving around 10:30ish because the parking lots tend to become very full). We plan to march in at 11a.m

    • I cannot inquire about your child's lunch account, so if you need to know how much money your child has used or needs...you will need to personally come in and ask the cafeteria ladies. The cafeteria will send us a printout and we will send letters home letting you know how much your child owes.
