What do the paper stoplights mean?

You should receive a stoplight for your child at the end of most
weeks. This shows you how your child behaved throughout the
week. We want them to stay on green. Any time your child moved
their clip will be recorded on this sheet.

We need you to sign the sheet and return it on the next school
day.

What should I do with my child's purple folder?

This is your child's daily folder. You need to look through it
each night. One side will have papers for you to look at,
possibly sign and return to school. The other side will have
papers for you to keep. It is very important that you check your
child's folder each day.

What do I do if my child needs to be absent?

Send a note on the day your child returns to school. Make sure
the note includes the date, your child's name, teacher's name and
the dates and reason for the absence. Call your child's teacher
if your child will miss more than one day. 492-5421

What if my child needs to go home a different way?

You must send a note. The note needs to have your child's name,
teacher's name, date and the transportation change you're
requesting. This may be done by phone only in emergency
situations.
