Introduction

This site will help parents and teachers find answers to FAQ (frequently asked questions) about Title 1; and it will inform parents of their rights to know about their children's teachers.

There are links to learning and informational resources as well as links to website activities for children and parents to use together. These links are intended to be used as informational resources for parents only because children should not use the internet without adult supervision.

This site does not take the place of face-to-face meetings; and therefore, I encourage parents to visit school often. Parents may stop by the office to visit with our school principal, Mr. Clark, visit their child's teacher, or come to the Title room to visit with Mrs. Schumacher, the Title 1 teacher.

In addition, to informational links that can be accessed by clicking on titles in side bar, a link to the North Dakota Departmentof Public Instruction's Quarterly Publication, titled Connect Ed, can be found on ths Introduction page. Connect Ed, a ND DPI publication, provides parents information on legislative bills and federal mandates; clarifies and outlines ND educational progress, goals, and successes; and it will provide programming updates and other important North Dakota educational information.

To access an online copy of Connect Ed clink on the following link: https://www.dpi.state.nd.us/news/2013/newsletter_v1_02.pdf
