The media center is open from 7:45 - 3:45 school days.
Books can be checked out for two weeks.
If you need more time to read the book, you may renew it for an additional
two weeks.
Fines for overdue books is $.05 daily. You can avoid fines by renewing the
book!
Make sure when you come to the media center from study hall or from a class,
you sign in. Include your name, time in, teacher and time out. If you
neglect to do this, you may be considered truant by your teacher.
The mission of the Beatrice High School Media Program is to provide all
students and staff with diverse sources of information, ideas and knowledge
in order to empower them to become effective readers, thinkers, and lifelong
learners.
