We will do our oral presentations next on Monday, November ___. The
presentations will be videotaped. The ofrenda counts as one test grade and
the oral presentation is another test grade. The reflection will be recorded
as a written assignment grade.
1. Get completed box and rubric from above lockers. (Make sure name is
on both the box and the rubric form – points will be deducted if name is
missing)
2. When it is your turn to present, give the grading rubric and a
written copy of the oral presentation to me. Then go to the front of the
room to give the oral presentation.
3. When finished pick up the rubric and written copy of presentation
from me. Return to your seat with your box and fill in the reflection and
comments on classmates’ presentations.
4. When all presentations have been completed, return box with rubric,
written presentation, and reflection sheet to above the locker.
Grade 8 Project: Quarter Four
***Brochure – 10 reasons for studying Spanish (world language)
Students will share their ideas with the class on the importance
of studying Spanish (world language) by creating a brochure
The brochure should be created on the computer and printed.
All resources must be documented.
Some questions to consider:
- Why learn Spanish?
- Where could you use Spanish?
- Where could you travel to speak Spanish?
