Mission For The Class

The writing workshop classroom is very different from the typical middle school English classroom. It is
set up as a workshop where student write a lot. The focus of the class is on the individual student and
their writing. Our study includes spelling, vocabulary, writing mechanics and grammar and a variety of
writing styles. The students receive a lot of feedback from their peers and the teacher.
