Grade 9 Carnival: May 24, 2012 6:30-9:30 FORMS have been sent home, please return with $20 fee to cover costs.
We are also looking for Grade 8 Parent Volunteers to help out during the Carnival. If you are able to help out cpmplete the FORM that went home and retunr to school. * Extra copies of FORMS are avilable on our Web Site.
Professional Development Day - May 25, 2012. Staff will be taking part in a PD day focussed on our School Development Plan.
Final Exams: (June 11-15, 2012) Schedule available on-line at our Web Site. Copies were distributed to students Monday April 16, 2012.

Parking Lot NEW !!!! Our parking lot will be one way in SEPTEMBER 2011. Parents/ guardians will enter at the lower entrance by the crosswalk and exit at the exit closest to Carrick Drive. This change is to accommodate busses. Our busses will now let off and pick up students at the front of the school. ** Effective Thursday October 13, our bus routes will change, bus stops will not. School Council - Our next meeting will be May 16, 2012 @ 12:07 in our Resource Centre. We will discuss Demystifying Junior High presentation for Grade 6 parents/ Guardians.

NEW -- Let's work together to provide the St. Paul's School and Community with a multi-purpose field!! We are looking for volunteers to help serve on a committee that would oversee the development of our field in back of the school. St. Paul's School Community is looking for volunteers that would help to see the development of the field into a multi-purpose area utilized by the community and the school. Absenteeism: At the end of each month, we are required to send home a letter highlighting the Unexcused Absences. Parents are required to supply a note for every absence.
Synrevoice: Synrevoice is an automated call home system that we have begun using this year. To receive messages, please ensure that a day time and evening number is sent to school with your son/ daughter.
