Why can't I print?

1) Please make sure your patch cord is connected. 
2) Check to make sure you are logged on to the network.
3) Check the printer settings in the control panel.  Make sure the printer 
is online and "ready".  (No checkmark next to "use offline")
4) There may be a DRIVER setting error. Please complete a "trouble ticket".

Why doesn't my wireless work at home when it works fine at school?

At school we use a PROXY SERVER.  You must turn that feature off when using 
your laptop at home.  
Internet Explorer --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN 
Settings (uncheck the USE A PROXY box when at home) OK

I am in Junior High. How do I become a Tech Helper?

You must apply, in writing, to Mr. Caron stating the reasons you'd like to 
become a Tech Helper.  You should have at least a "C" average, be willing to 
work hard, and have a positive attitude.

How can I make a web page at home using NOTEPAD?

Make sure you save your file as: filename.html and choose ALL FILES where it 
says "save as type".
