What should I bring to class?

Students should always bring a 3-ring binder and a pen or pencil 
to class.  
Students in English II (4) are required to bring the required 
text to class 
everyday.

Can I email Ms. Sears work?

Students may email papers to me. Attachments that cannot be 
opened will NOT 
be counted as �on time.� Please copy and paste the paper into 
the email to 
guarantee it is not counted as late.

When can I get extra help?

The English Department extra help day is Monday. I will be 
available Mondays 
until 3:30.  Students can also make appointments for other times. 
If you 
need help, just ask!

How should parents contact Ms. Sears?

The best way to communicate is through email. My email address is 
nsears@mansd.org.  Students are also welcome to email questions 
or concerns.

Should my paper be typed?

All formal assignments should be typed and in MLA format.

What if I don't have a computer?

Every formal writing assignment must be typed.   Students may 
type in the 
library or may sign out the computer in 521.  If computer access 
is an issue 
please contact me immediately so we can make arrangements for 
computer 
access.
