Kathy Brown has been serving as the NBCS Guidance Counselor since the 2003-
2004 school year. She earned her Bachelor's Degree at Berkshire Christian
College, majoring in Youth Ministries. She went on to earn an M.Ed. in
Counseling and Psychotherapy from Notre Dame College in Manchester, NH. She
holds a State of NH certification as a Guidance Counselor. She is a member
of the New Hampshire School Counselor Association and the American School
Counselor Association. She has worked extensively in the human services
field, including residential treatment facilities for children and
adolescents and the NH State Hospital. She is part of the PBIS Universal
Team and Targeted Team at NBCS working with other staff members to develop
school-wide systems of positive behavior interventions and supports.
