S- Satisfactory (average)
 Student
  • Listens to and follows directions the first time
  • Participates in all tasks with acceptable effort
  • May need one reminder to stay on task.
I- Improvement needed (below average)
Student
  • Needs repeating of instructions one time
  • Participates in tasks with acceptable effort only when prompted by teacher
  • Needs two or three reminders to stay on task
U- Unsatisfactory (way below average)
Student
  • Needs frequent repeating of instructions
  • Does not participate in any tasks
  • And/or needs more than three reminders to stay on task or follow the rules of the class

Student meets or attempts to meet the objective(s) or goal(s) only when prompted by teacher.
 
U- Unsatisfactory (way below average)
Student does not meets or attempts to meet the objective(s) or goal(s) even when prompted by teacher.
