Thank you for the treats for the Halloween party.  The pumpkin that was donated for our Pumpkin Math activities weighed sixteen pounds!  Thank you!  The children enjoyed both activities very much.

 

We will be finishing our Five Senses unit and beginning our unit on Magnets.

 

In math we will begin our Geometry unit. 

 

Our first math fluency check will be having the children count to 100 by 1's.  We will continue to practice counting by 1's, 5's and 10's to 100.

 

Some of the children have returned their October calendars showing that they have read each night and then colored a pumpkin.  We will begin our November calendar this week.  The reading incentive program will continue until the end of March.
