Child Development Project
Students will make a poster or booklet with the following information:
Pick an age 0-5 years and include the following:
1. what the child can do at this stage of development-examples- can feed
self, dress self. 25 points
2. If you were babysitting this child, what would your responsibilities be?
Examples - give bottle, change diaper. 25 points
3. Activities that a child this age would take part in. Examples - ride bike
with training wheels, plays Candyland. 20 points
4. Interview your parents (five questions), about what you were like at this age.
Examples - what was my favorite food? 25 points
5. Decorate the book or poster, try to include a picture of yourself at this
age.
