What is needed for English class?
Jumbo black book cover (the regular ones will not fit)
1" to 1 1/2" black binder
4 dividers (writing, grammar, literature, DOL)
1 composition notebook (to be left in class for journaling)

Earn extra credit
1. Student may earn extra credit by going to www.freerice.com
Work on as many vocab words that you can, print out your final score and pass
it in every Monday (Monday only) for a free homework grade! (A min. score of
100 is required)

For each correct answer this web-site will donate 20 grains of rice to the
United Nations World Food Program.
If you participate you may bring in a printed sheet of your total every MONDAY
for an extra credit homework assignment. I will not take it on any other day
- parents please no notes or emails. This is to also teach your child
