·       When you talk about yourself and another person or other people, you use the nosotros (as) form.

 

      Ej:  Nosotros somos alumnos en la escuela Pelham Memorial.

             Pedro, Eva y yo somos alumnos buenos.

 

·       You use ellos when talking about two or more males or a mixed group of males and females.

 

      Ej:  Zack y Kevin son amigos.  Ellos son cómicos también.

 

·       You use ellas when talking about two or more females.

 

      Ej:  Katie y Taylor son alumnas buenas.  Ellas son inteligentes.

 

·       When talking to more than one person, you use ustedes, the plural form for tú.

·       Usteded is commonly abbreviated as Uds.

 

 Ej:  Uds. son alumnas de la Señora Marcotte.  Uds. son ambiciosos… a veces.
