USUAL HOMEWORK SCHEDULE

READING/LANGUAGEARTS:

Monday Night 
     * Complete the vocabulary worksheet for this week's story in reading
     * Read for 20 minutes in your outside reading book
     * Begin extra vocabulary packet which is due on Thursdays
     * Begin spelling/grammar packet which is due on Thursdays
     * Daily Oral Language : Quizzes on Thursdays
  Tuesday Night
     * Complete Skills worksheet which goes along with this week's story
     * Outside reading 20 minutes
     * Continue on Spelling/Grammar and Extra Vocabulary Packets
            
  Wednesday Night
     * Complete comprehension questions from this week's story.  These will  
    
usually have been started in class
     * Read for 20 minutes in outside reading book
     
  Thursday
     * Review story, vocabulary, spelling, grammar and extra vocabulary for
tomorrow's quizzes

Friday-Sunday
     * Read for 40 minutes in outside reading book- Please bring in Reading
log each Monday (for the previous week)

MATH  (Mrs. McCarthy's math class , not my homeroom class)
  Monday-Thursday  Homework each evening
  Quiz on previous material every Wednesday

SCIENCE  Homework on Tuesday and Thursday nights

SOCIAL STUDIES: Homework on Wednesday Nights
