HOMEWORK IS ASSIGNED MOST DAYS, MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, AND SOMETIMES OVER
THE WEEKEND. Homework assignments are not lengthy, but do play an important
part in the student's learning as it reinforces and reviews the material
taught in class.
Occasional projects are assigned throughout the year. At that time students
will be given written directions as well as the regular posting.
Please keep up with current events by reading the newspaper(especially the
front page), watching the news on tv, or reading about current happenings
online.
October 19 Finish Landform Posters. Quiz 1-4 Wednesday.

October 22 Finish taking notes on pages 53-61.
October 23 Have a fun weekend! Review quiz of sections 1-1 and 1-4 will be
given on Monday.
October 26 Page 61 # 2-6. use complete sentences for full credit!
October 27 Complete classwork- fill in the blanks.
October 28 Watch or read about the news. Quiz 2-2 Climate is on Friday. Use
your text, notes and all accompanying handouts.
October 29 Study for Quiz 2-2.
October 30 Have a spooktacular weekend.
November 2 Page 70 Vocabulary words.
November 3 Finish Climate Zone charts.
November 4 Finish any classwork. Page 70 # 2-8. GRA 2-3. Quiz 2-3 will be
on Monday.
November 5 Workbook Activity 2-C. Quiz 2-3 will be on Monday.
November 6 Get healthy! Have a good weekend. If you've been absent go to my
links page and use the materials there to help you for Chapter 2 Section 3.
