Welcome to TRHS PTSA's
Website
PTSA doesn't stop being
important just because our kids are past elementary school.
Teens still benefit from
parent involvement.
When Parents & Teachers
work together - our students do better and our school improves.
Our Mission
Encourage communication
between parents and school.
Strengthen connections
between students, parents, teachers and the community.
Develop Programs that
promote education and the well being of our teens.
TSA Celebrates
Successful
Teacher/Staff
Membership Drive
The PTSA
thanks all of the TRHS teachers and staff who joined during our special
membership drive. We reached our goal of 25
teacher/staff
members - a record number for our PTSA.
Congratulations
to Doreen Vasta who is the lucky winner of the
PTSA's
Decadent Basket.
We
thank you for your support of the PTSA and for all you do each and every day
for our kids!

“Technology
in the Classroom” Workshop Offered December 1
PLAISTOW, N.H…On Tuesday, December 1,
from 6:30–8:30 p.m., a presentation,“Technology in the Classroom,” will be
offered to parents of middle and high school students at the Timberlane
Regional School District (TRSD) building,
30 Greenough Road, Plaistow (park in
rear).
Technology is changing how children
are being educated. It’s an exciting way for teachers to teach and for
students to learn. In this presentation parents will learn how schools utilize
technology such as distance learning, cell phones, social networks, the
internet and other resources to promote learning and actively engage students
in the classroom.
Presenters will include John Holland,
director of technology for the TRSD, and Lois Paul, technology integrator for
the Timberlane Regional High School (TRHS) and the Timberlane Regional Middle
School. Demonstrations and a Q & A session will be part of the program.
“Technology
in the Classroom” is being sponsored by the TRHS Parent Teacher Student
Association. The presentation is free and no registration is required. For
further information, contact Anne Isenberg at 362-4499 or chockaholics4@yahoo.com.
