My name is Stephanie Hykey, and this is my seventh year of teaching. This
is my fifth year here at BPJ XXIII Academy. Prior to teaching here, I taught
for two years at Trinity Academy.
I completed my undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University with my BSE in
Elementary Education and Social and Behavioral Sciences/Psychology. I have
just my graduate degree for Special Education with a
concentration in Instructional Design and Technology at Seton Hall University.
A little bit about me..
Hometown- Lyndhurst, which is where I currently live. I also am the coach for
the LHS Varsity Cheering and Dance Team.

Our class mission is for all children to realize that they are unique and
special. All children have the right to be taught with this in mind, and
celebrated for their individuality. My goal is for students to gain knowledge
of both the implicit education such as morals, values, and character
building, study skills, life skills, as well as the explicit education of
Math and Science.
