First Grade Supply List

•	a book bag (no wheels)
•	Four folders with bottom pockets: 
 2 RED colored folders labeled HOMEWORK
 1 Blue colored folder labeled MATH
 1 folder of your child’s choice labeled CLASSWORK
(pockets should be on the bottom not the sides)
•	2 glue stick and 1 Elmer’s glue
•	an old sock (to be used as an eraser for slates)
•	an extra large shirt or smock for Art, no plastic       
•	a box of 24 crayons (if possible place in small box)
•	A 36 pack of #2 pencils sharpened 
•	1 soft cover composition book second grade ruled
•	scissors  
•	colored pencils and pencil sharpener that holds shavings
•	a case to hold pencils, glue, sharpener, etc…
•	4- gallon sized Hefty zipper plastic bags (for Math supplies 
        and Reading books)
•	an M&M Minis plastic container, large ones if possible (to 
        hold money for Math)
•	3 different colored hi-liters
