| ILA: Word Wall Words for the month of June are:
For grades 1 & 2 students will have to know all 12 months of the year, 7
days of the week, all 4 seasons, and our town, state, country, and continent
which we live on.
Wednesdays: Home Journal is due.
Thursdays: Word Wall Words are due.
Fridays: Word Wall Word Test.
Students will also be bringing home their guided reading book bags to share
with you. Please sign the index card which is enclosed in the bag, to
indicate your child has read to you. The books are due back the next day.
Any other homework I assign will be in the student's folder with HW written
on it.
Math:
Students will be completing Home Links. These are in their Home Link Math
Journal. This journal is kept in school. Students will detach the proper
Home Link that accompanies the lesson taught in class. Also in the Home
Link book there are parent letters enclosed. Please read these letters they
explain the subject matter of upcoming lesssons.
For every math test I will provide the students with a study guide which
needs to be completed. After it is graded the student can utilize this to
study from until it is time to take the test.
