Please send a note or email me to let me know if you will be sending
in a treat.

Birthday treats may be dropped off in the morning at the main office. 
     
Please provide napkins, plates, and utensils (if needed).  

We have 22 students in our classroom. 

Please note that this year we have several students with nut allergies.

If you would like to donate a book to the classroom library in honor 
of your child's birthday, please send it along with the treats. A 
label with your child's name and birth date will be placed inside.
