Family Fitness Night
January 14th at 7 p.m.
 The theme of this exciting evening is to encourage families to “Get in the Game” while promoting physical fitness and healthier lifestyles.This free event will be filled with some good old-fashioned fun.

If you or someone you know is in the healthcare or fitness industry and
would like to participate by distributing information, handing out
samples or offering free screenings on such subjects as healthy eating,
proper dental and eye care, area fitness programs or allergy
maintenance, etc. -- please contact Colleen Benowitz at
drbusman@aol.com by December 1st.
