Birthdays are an important part of your child's life and we look 
forward to celebrating each child's special day. Please make sure to 
notify me ahead of time if you wish to send in something. 

Parents may choose a book to donate to our classroom library to 
honor your child's birthday. Please gift wrap the book. Your child 
will have the opportunity to open the book in front of the class and 
read from it. A bookplate will be placed in the book so your child 
will be remembered for years to come. For those of you who have 
summer birthdays, there will be time to celebrate prior to the end 
of the school year.
