What can I do to excel in 4th grade?

Well,Ralph Waldo Emerson and Mrs. Gilman share the same thoughts.
He said," Enthusiasm is one of the most powerful engines of success.
When you do a thing, do it with all your might.
Put your whole soul into it.
Stamp it with your own personality.
Be active, be energetic, be enthusiastic and faithful, and you will
accomplish your objective.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm."
What more can I say...its up to you. :)

How do you handle behavior problems?

Well, Mrs. Gilman goes to your house after school to discuss this problem
with you. It usually takes about 2-3 hours. Then we have dinner at your
house. Your job will be to clean up the entire kitchen while I discuss your
behavior with your parents. Finally it will be so late you will need to get
to bed! I'm sure you will most certainly be on your best behavior for the
rest of the year....OR I'm BACK!!!!!
