The new school year 2009-2010 marks my eleventh year teaching in the East
Brunswick School District. During my first 10 years of teaching, I
instructed students in Self-Contained, In-Class Support and Resource Room
settings from Pre-school to Fifth Grade. I am very excited to be back in
Third Grade and this time teaching with my friend and Co-teacher, Mrs.
Radtke.
My degrees include an EDM in Special Education from Rutgers, the State
University as well as a BA in Special Education from Kean University. My
certifications include Elementary School Teacher, Special Education Teacher
and Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant. I have also
accumulated 30 additional graduate credits through the East Brunswick
University program which is offered to teachers in the district.
I grew up and lived in Monroe Township for over 20 years. My husband,
Burton, and I have lived in Old Bridge for over six years. We have a four-
year-old daughter, Isabella, and a seven-year-old dog, Gabby.
It is my pleasure to work with the students and staff at Chittick Elementary
School!
We believe that all students can learn in a caring, structured environment.
