Welcome to my classroom! This is my seventh year at Chittick Elementary. I
moved here from Rhode Island, where I grew up. I have been enjoying
living here in New Jersey.
I enjoy traveling to other places, as well. I have visited many states
within the United States, as well as Canada, Mexico, and England. I hope I
am able to share these stories with you.
I also like to read about adventures. I love to read all kinds of
books. Throughout the year I will share some of my favorite books with
you. Maybe they will become your favorites too.
There is one more very important thing you should know about me. It is
something that I care about very much. I love cats of all shapes and sizes,
especially cats from the shelter who need loving homes. I have 4 cats,
Thomas, Kismet, Fraggle, and Coal; I will talk about them a lot this year.
You will hear tons of stories about the sweet and silly things that they do.
I will always have their pictures up in my room. Even if you don't like
animals, I hope you will enjoy the stories I tell.
My hope is that as a class we will be like a second family. I would
like for us to be there for each other and to be willing to help each other
out when needed. This will help all of us to have a successful year!
