Students should have a three ring binder.  This may be used  for 
other subjects as well as long as there is a history section.  

Students should bring a pen and pencil to class.  Textbooks will be 
distributed and kept at home.  

It is recommended that students have access to a stapler and three 
hole puncher at home.  Most papers will be punched with three holes 
and several punchers will be in the classroom.  Students in the past 
have found it convenient to have a puncher at home too.  Also 
students should have a pack of index cards at home.  We will be 
using these from time to time during the year.
